Student Therapist
Stephanie, originally from Northern California, has lived in various parts of the western United States. She has called Las Vegas home for many years and appreciates the beauty of the desert landscape. Stephanie is a dedicated and academically accomplished master’s-level student counselor, set to graduate with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She is a proud member of the American Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Iota, the counseling academic and professional honor society.
Stepping into the journey of healing is both uncomfortable and brave. Stephanie believes everyone possesses unique qualities, and their treatment should be tailored to reflect and honor each person’s individuality. She has cultivated a preference for a person-centered therapeutic approach while incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and other sound therapeutic practices. Stephanie prefers to use therapeutic strategies that are holistic and can be applied beyond counseling sessions, helping her clients make a tangible impact on their journey toward a better life.
Stephanie enjoys spending her free time with her family and pursuing her hobbies, including crafting and spending time in nature and on hiking trails. She especially enjoys curling up at home with a good book and her Yorkie.
