Freddy Valinia

Farbod “Freddy” Valinia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Intern with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Farbod has experience working with teens and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and panic disorders. He has been working for Crisis Text Line, an organization that assists in suicide prevention, for the last three years. Farbod also has experience in the field of grief and bereavement, having worked at Seasons Hospice and palliative care. When working with clients Farbod utilizes the Person-Centered approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
